It was a bright and sunny morning in Adventure Bay, and Rocky was excited for a special mission. Mayor Goodway had asked for the Paw Patrol’s help with a community cleanup at the beach. “Recycling is what I do best!” Rocky said proudly as he loaded up his green recycling truck with extra bins and tools.
When the pups arrived at the beach, they saw that the wind had blown trash everywhere—plastic bottles, wrappers, and even an old fishing net were tangled in the sand. The worst part? Some of the sea turtles were struggling to reach the ocean because of all the debris.
“This looks like a big job,” Ryder said. “But with teamwork, we can do it! Rocky, you’ll be in charge of sorting and recycling. Zuma, you’ll help guide the turtles back to the water. Chase, set up cones to keep the beach safe while we work.”
“Green means go!” Rocky barked as he got to work.
Rocky used his mechanical claw to grab plastic bottles and sort them into bins. He found creative ways to reuse items—an old bucket became a planter for Mayor Goodway’s flowers, and some wooden planks were saved for a park bench.
Meanwhile, Zuma gently guided the turtles around the litter, leading them safely to the ocean. “You’re almost there, little dudes!” he cheered as the last turtle paddled happily into the waves.
Everything was going smoothly until Rocky spotted something unusual—an old metal can was half-buried in the sand, and when he tried to pick it up, it wouldn’t budge. “Hmm, this must be stuck on something,” he said.
Just then, a gust of wind blew a piece of paper toward Rocky. He caught it and gasped. “It’s a map!”
Rocky showed the map to Ryder and the team. It looked like an old treasure map, showing a spot buried right where the can was stuck.
“This must be part of an old chest!” Ryder said. “Let’s dig and find out!”
Rubble raced over with his digger and carefully removed the sand around the can. Suddenly, a rusty metal box appeared. “Whoa! A real treasure!” Rubble said excitedly.
Rocky pried open the lid, and inside they found old coins, seashell necklaces, and a letter. The letter explained that long ago, a sailor had buried this treasure but never returned to claim it.
Mayor Goodway clapped her hands. “What an incredible discovery! This treasure belongs in the Adventure Bay museum!”
With the beach now clean and the turtles safely in the ocean, Rocky and the team celebrated with a well-deserved treat. “Not only did we help the environment,” Rocky said, “but we found a piece of Adventure Bay’s history!”
Ryder smiled. “And all thanks to teamwork and recycling!”
That night, Rocky curled up in his pup house, dreaming of more exciting rescues and hidden treasures waiting to be discovered.
